Transitions Services
Students enrolled in any of the Baltimore Reads classes may take advantage of our many transition activities designed to help students meet their goals. Short- and long-term goals are set by the students themselves at the beginning of each Session and the transition coordinator plans speakers, in-class activities, outings and other events accordingly.
Baltimore Reads also acts as a resource to students with a small resource center at our Inner Harbor location. The resource center was developed to guide students toward community resources that will help them find jobs, housing, job training and any other life-skills needs. We cater to the whole student experience, mind body and spirit.
